With five years of experience as a labor and delivery nurse at NYU Langone Hospital in Manhattan, Lara has honed her skills in patient-centered holistic care and physiologic birth. Lara's passion for women's health led her back to NYU to earn her midwifery degree. She is also a certified yoga instructor specializing in prenatal and children's yoga. Her practice focuses on adolescent gynecological health, healthy pregnancies, and empowering women through every stage of their lives.
