Our organic gardens produce a variety of fresh produce and flowers, feeding our CSA members and farmers' market clients throughout New York state. At Liberty Farms, we also raise NOFA-NY certified-organic chicken, eggs, and pork, as well as animal welfare approved and pasture-raised lamb and beef, all while implementing practices that benefit our land and environment. In addition to our agricultural offerings, we provide boarding, freelance training, retirement, and rehab/lay-up services for horses in a beautiful and serene setting.
