Welcome to the practice of Dr. Nileshkumar G. Patel, MD, located at 1 East Roe Boulevard, Patchogue, New York. Dr. Patel is a dedicated family medicine physician with a rich history of providing compassionate care to his patients. Born and raised in India, he graduated from Government Medical College in Surat in 1976. After gaining valuable experience in India, Dr. Patel moved to New York, where he completed his family medicine residency at Catholic Medical Center – St John’s Hospital in Queens. With over three decades of experience, Dr. Patel has been a respected attending physician at Brookhaven Memorial Hospital since 1992. For 26 years, he served the community at Patchogue Medical Group before joining CareMed Primary and Urgent Care in 2019. As a NY State certified family medicine doctor and a diplomat of the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Patel is committed to providing personalized and comprehensive care to all his patients.
