"Dr Patel, couldn’t tell what a heart attack was when I described my symptoms. Three times I described pain in chest going to jaw excruciating pain. So he sends me to a gastroenterologist not the cardiologist. Luckily I’m still alive no thanks to Dr Patel"
"I have been going to dr Patel for 35 years and never ever had any issues. I have read the reviews others have left and was very confused by some of the negative things said. I see dr. N.Patel and I liked him so much that after a few years of him being my primary care dr I recommend him to my mom dad and aunt. He took especially good care of them and when I needed him when I was admitted to the hospital he was there waiting for me before I was even checked in. He makes you feel like he is part of the family. He has been and still is my primary care dr. I trust him and recommend him as a primary care dr for anyone who is looking for caring professional doctor who knows medicine better than any other doctor I have ever seen. He also keeps himself updated on things may change over the years in the medical field. He is not interested in the monetary part of being a physician he is interested in making you well. Hi"
"I went there with an appointment @ 3 pm on February 4th, signed in, registered(many pages), talk to Dr. Patel & took blood test and then was told to leave and that someone will call to give me my blood test results in a few days. 2 weeks have passed but hearing nothing from them so I called.They told me that I've never been there, there's no record of me ever being there!?!?!? I guess in order for them to be interested in taking care of you, you'll have to be packed with $ or have high end insurance."
"NEVER WILL I EVER RETURN TO THIS OFFICE!!! I have nothing but PROBLEMS every time i'm in there. The staff is rude, the office manager is even more rude and I am NEVER satisfied when I go in there. They're just interested in peoples money more than they are interested in the care of the patient. If you are looking for a good primary and a friendly staff, I do not recommend these people at all."
"Doctor is great... But I liked it better when they called you to remind you of your appointment. Which is common in most offices. Also, the day you are required to have blood taken, the nurse who is in charge is not scheduled, or left for the day. But I must say the Doctors are very good."
