"Had an issue with LensCrafters last year. Never put order in for my glasses. Took 2 months. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for this years eye exam. Got fitted for contacts. Again, they never placed the trial lenses. Still no contacts. Appointment was canceled. Then second appointment was canceled only after I got there. Was there for a 1/2 hour before they told me my appointment was canceled. Trials finally arrived. Made an appointment to have doctor look to see if the trials were the right fit. Was then told, after waiting for 20 minutes, that the doctor couldn’t see me because it wasn’t the original doctor. Shouldn’t the girl know this before booking my appointment? Was told to make another appointment. Obviously, said no. The doctor that was there saw me only to realize that the right contact wasn’t correct. Now I have to wait for another set of trial lenses. Two weeks.. It’s the Mt. Kisco, NY location. They didn’t even have a record of this years exam when I called to inquire of the status? The doctor that did my eye exam I have to say, was very thorough. Customer service, not so much."

Dr. Rozensweig explained everything thoroughly and asked enough questions to tweak a prescription that would be more comfortable for me as someone who does not have a longstanding history of wearing glasses.
