"The worst place to go if you need a doctor. The customer service in the front desk is terrible. Two weeks in a row trying to see the doctor and they have an excuse every week. Guess what? Today the doctor called out. Whaaaaat? Close and go. Please never come to this office. I'm going to see if I can find the way to escalate my complaint with someone superior."

"Dr Zara Hercules is horrible, was playing soap operas on her cell phone during our session and acted so bothered when I asked her to turn it off. Disgustingly unprofessional. This place will also add nonsense items to pad the prescription, be really careful. Better yet don’t go here at all. I had to block their number because they would continually call to try and schedule more bogus appointments!"

"After reading some of the reviews I was a little skeptible, but I must say it was not a bad experience at all. The receptionist and the Doctor were welcoming and professional. The wait time was not bad at all for it being my very 1st time. I'm giving 3 stars only because it was my 1st time and I would like to see what my experience would be like next time I go. I'm currently waiting for approval from my insurance for physical therapy."

"This office routinely over books patients. Therapy is very hit or miss depending on which PT you are seen by. Often bills your insurance weeks or months after visit which can lead to lapses in service. If you can find another office I would recommend it. The office is useful for relieving pain and learning useful exercises; however the poor customer service, scheduling, and inconsistency create more of a hassle than its worth if you can find a better office. If you can write down the exercises and buy your own TENS Machine or Massage gun that would be preferable. They will not respect your schedule or time. Try to avoid."
