He is very efficient and doesn’t take no shortcuts involving your health, I go with my father and he is a very nervous man lately as to suffering with grief, Dr Granato always makes him feel at ease and comfortable which is so important currently, I’m so glad he was recommended to us. He really is a pleasure to see! I love listening to him and all the knowledge he has! He is also a very funny guy which helps put the patient at ease, which I have always found to be helpful with having the patient comfortable enough to speak and be honest. Definite 10/10!! "I used to take my elderly mother to see Dr. Granato. First, the dates and hours available for appointments was similar to part-time bankers hours. Once you got your appointment, the wait was over an hour in a tiny waiting room. This, I suppose could be somewhat understandable to a certain extent. The last time Dr. Granato saw my elderly mother, she had been slowing down and I had some concerns. I wanted some bloodwork to see if there was anything that we were missing that could be addressed. I wanted his professional advice as a doctor. Dr. Granato just looked at me as if he didn’t have any answers. On our way out, Dr. Granato wished me “GOOD LUCK!” This is what a doctor has to say, good luck?! I didn’t need luck. I needed a doctor who was going to take the extra steps to see how we can help my mother and address her current health issues. This was the last time we saw Dr. Granato. I found a wonderful doctor at Scarsdale Medical Group who takes his time to listen and address health concerns and he has never wished me luck."

"Today I had an appointment with Dr Granato as a new patient, when I first called over a month or so ago, I was looking for the earliest spot, and I was told that the best they could do was Oct 13th at 10 am. So today I fasted to come for my physical check up, upon arriving at the office, I was asked to fill out patient information. As I started, the receptionist told me I was late, I replied what do you mean? I have a 10 am appointment and it is 9:55, she said no no, your appointment was for 9 am, I said how come nobody called? she said nobody changed anything, and said they could not see me today and November 13th would be the next available date (ALL THE WHILE VERY RUDE!!!! ) as I started to argue my case, she simple cut me off and said do you want it or not!! I don't want to go on... but these people should not be at the front desk greeting people!!! Maybe the Dr does not know, what kind of employees he has, if he does then he is just as bad! As a businessman I would never allow my staff to treat people this way! Maybe you should take the note that you are taking new patients from your website."

"My uncle went to see him 2 days ago and he wanted to prescribe medication without examining him. He has a lot of medical conditions and needed help with a pain in his foot caused by one of he medicines he had previously prescribed to him. He was very rude and nasty and told my uncle to leave. He muttered "fuera" which in Spanish means get out. I will be filing a formal complaint in my uncles name. Very unprofessional and discriminating against his hispanic patients."
