"Those primary care doctors are a Joke dr.lupo, Dr.patel and the other 2 I can't remember their name but I have seen all of them and when they don't like their patients they will keep changing your appointments WITHOUT YOU KNOWING, and will not call you or send out a letter stating that so when you come in they swear that they try to contact you but NEVER LFET A MESSAGE forgetting people do have voice-mail ANY CELL PHONE will have a voice-mail so why their is no voice-mail message, but they do that when they don't want to be bother with a particular patient mainly blacks! But if you late they want to penalized you and not see you, and put you down as a no show! If a patient challenge them about their issues they will continue to change your appointment putting you off hoping you go somewhere else this has happen to my husband as well, I told them I was going to report them because my dr. was Dr.Rooney (the best doctor) that's was there who is now gone, had me on hydrocodone for pain and when she left and I had to see the other doctor they took me off WITHOUT ANY WARNING! Changing up my other meds, WITHOUT consulting me saying I been on it to long when you have had Caucasians who been on it for years but blacks it's a problem they even have a Caucasian on morphine who I was with when they was having their mess filled at kidneys I seen with my own eyes! But you wanna take me off Hydrocodone because you want to put us blacks in a category! This world is in trouble if every doctor was like these, needless to say we no longer go there because they don't like blacks!"
