"I used to go to the DD in 2248 Central Park Ave, but moved because the donuts tasted horrible and the customer service was bad. This DD has decent donuts however, occasionally I do see flies swarming around and not in the summer, smh. I go here every Saturday and I always order the same thing, the cappuccino is sometimes not done right although I tell them exactly what I want in it. But that is not why I am writing a review, I am here to express the bad customer service by this one particular miserable older woman who works there. She does not greet, she says what do you want? grabs the donuts like she doesn't give a f***. This one miserable woman is the reason I will not give more stars, all the other employees are pleasant but this one, forget it. She always wears a hat so look out for her, she never smiles."
