"I'm not a fan of Applebee's however it's my granddaughter's favorite restaurant and it was her birthday. Let's begin with the service they didn't bring water which is a custom at restaurants, and the young lady who served us took a long time to get to our table which I couldn't understand when the place was not crowded. I ordered chicken tenders and fries. The chicken and fries were overcooked and had no flavor and it was cold. The drink strawberry dacaquery barely had liquor it was like a frozen sugar drink. My husband had ordered extra mashed potatoes and she never brought them. She didn't bring extra forks or napkins. Lastly, we had to ask her to remove the extra dishes that were in the way a good server would ask to remove them. The server asked us if she forgets something we order to remind her that blows my mind here is why your job is to serve people and part of that is to write it down and remind yourself it is not my job to remind you. I know I sound a little harsh however it's the truth. Overall I didn't like my experience at Applebee's."
