The Delacorte Clock is a charming tourist attraction located on 5th Avenue in New York City, United States. Situated between the Central Park Zoo and the Tisch Children's Zoo, this animated clock features a delightful menagerie of musical animals that come to life every half hour between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Gifted to Central Park by publisher and philanthropist George Delacorte, the Clock was inspired by the animated clocks that Delacorte saw during his travels in Europe.
