Students learn to apply digital design tools and creativity to develop portfolios and collaborate in creative professions. The program emphasizes portfolio development, career preparation, and real-world commercial art and design projects within a digital studio environment. Students integrate technical, historical, theoretical, and art/design criticism to create original portfolios suitable for evolving careers in interactive media arts. Courses cover effective communication in motion graphics, CAD/CAM for 3D animation, creative programming, and digital fabrication techniques like 3D printing.
