"You’re not open during posted hours. There is no sign posted to indicate a change in hours. This is a pattern of behavior. Yesterday I went in and waited 20 minutes to place my order with one customer ahead of me. You let an employee with NO training work alone on her first shift, and she could not make a shake in 20 minutes let alone process a gift card payment. This is extremely poor. Don’t bother taking money from hardworking people if you can’t be bothered to respect our time. I’m an engineer and give back to this community; what it is that you do?"

"Good so far! This is my first time ordering from Balanced Body Foods. The food is delicious and I like that it lists the nutrition very clearly on the front of the labels. I wish there was a better description of portion sizes (regular, large, x-large). I didn't really know what to order so I just ordered a bunch of sizes. Having some type of guide would've helped."
