"Great customer service, watched them be presented with three different problems, including a frustrated customer, and handled all with care and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure they did what they could to diminish the inconvenience caused, drove the customer home and offered to pick them up next day, when the car was available. The customer did not have to complain about anything, they just offered the best they could as they could see the disappointment taking place. Great to see such simple but meaningful level of care for their customers."

"I’m known at enterprise flawless record, platinum member, caught flat in last 2 vehicles 2024 (luxury) vehicles overpriced have to stay at mavis and Firestone for more then 3 hour's both times waiting for enterprise to approve a 2024 vehicle to get a cheaper tire instead of what’s needed. Also you can’t use your points at this location at all for about 1 year so far ( wonder why ). 4150$ for 10 days thanksgiving week. I’m obviously a customer that’s been a customer for a long time that’s fed up with receipts. Speechless - Sincerely Platinum Member."

"I was in a bad car accident on my way from Southampton to NJ and needed a rental car. Geico uses Enterprise so I went to the Southampton storefront. Everyone there was exceptionally helpful. They gave me a BMW which was clean, low mileage etc. I was driving back to Southampton and got a flat tire on the LIE in a rainstorm. I found an Enterprise in Syosset and got the last vehicle available to get to Southampton Enterprise. It smelled of smoke, dirty, etc. When I went to SH Enterprise they were so helpful and gave me a great brand new small SUV and were very apologetic. My car is still not fixed over a month later and I am so happy to once again rent for another week from them. Shout out to Anthony, Jason and Austin for superb service and such kindness! I feel like I need to mention Brian Salerno especially! He is knowledgeable, kind and capable! Enterprise has a true gem in this employee and I cannot thank him enough!"

"Well, I'm going to give 3 reviews to enterprise Sh because I bought a vehicle but it's really dirty and lacks service and there's a very smooth tire. It seems to me that for what they charge they should maintain these vehicles, it's not fair that one has An accident due to lack of maintenance or a blown tire should have a very serious control on the part of the people who work there. I compare the one in Riverhead, I have used vehicles from there and it is much better, more good service, the cleanest cars. Gentlemen, so that you take into account, do not rent cars in this agency, the service is terrible and the vehicles smell bad, are dirty and still lack maintenance, I have rented a car twice in that location but it is terrible to collect if they are good, they charged me for insurance And I don't know why I had to pay an extra 58 dollars for 8 days to load the vehicle, it's my part that was my turn after my insurance covers the rest, but I ended up paying 154 dollars, which is insurance, I don't even know why because the vehicles give Much to be desired I recommend the Riverhead agency very good service and I have never had problems with my payments there is nothing hidden attached two photos of the vehicle terrible service."
