"Absolutely horrendous. Walked in there to get one order of bagel minis sat there for 25 minutes. In the meantime, every single car that went to the drive-through had to stop come back in to either get the correct order because they were given someone else’s order or their order was missing things I would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to go somewhere else ."

"I was in drive thru ordered just a bagel, no one behind me. Pulled up to pay and it toook ten minutes to get . I looked back behind me and saw three cars. The workers were making there orders while line is sitting on counter just to catch up.The bagel I ordered with butter , they squeeze butter from a container like liquid on it instead of it whipped. The bagel dripped everywhere, very disappointed!"
