"Awful experience! Took my Galaxy s10 plus with a broken screen to Nate on a Saturday. He said I could pick it up the following Thursday or Saturday December 7th the latest. He said he ordered the screen the same day i was in the store ....the same day i dropped it off. Phone was there 2 WEEKS and was NEVER repaired. Gave me a run around about fed ex not shipping the parts but in another breath he said the parts shipped the same day?? LoL! He quoted me $439 to fix my phone. I suggest checking around before taking anything to EZ repair!!"

The cell phone repair process can be a scary thing, I would know because I delt with repair shops in Watertown and Syracuse but recieved my phone back with more problems than I had originally! With Nates expertise and quality customer care he makes the process painless and has my device working better than the day I bought it! He truly has earned a life long customer!"
"I've been here twice. Both for screen replacement on two seperate phones. Nathan was amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable. I was desperate and needed my phone fixed asap. He accommodated me and fixed it within a half hour! I would recommend everyone to go here for any and all repairs. Reasonably priced as well. Extremely happy customer!"
