"Got scammed by a manager.. brought receipt in to warrentee a rear bearing on my 2011 caravan..was told bring old bearing in with the box from the new bearing and would get refunded..new bearing cost $200 the old bearing when purchased was $128..got the old bearing out.. put in box ..brought back next day ..told me then that it wasn't even the same part number that the one I wanted to warrentee was only a one year and the one he sold me was a 3 year.. there's no way I would have paid $200 for a bearing without him saying bring the old one back in and get your money back..he knew he was selling me a better warranty bearing and that I'd be stuck with it and get no refund..so I took the old bearing back and put it back on the van and brought the $200 bearing back to get my money returned..I will never shop the Ogdensburg NY location again .. Out gas and labor because of his words .."
