Amherst Senior Apartments, located at 467 John James Audubon Parkway in Amherst, New York, is a retirement community for seniors over the age of 62. As part of Silvertree Seniors of Amherst, our goal is to provide affordable, secure, and welcoming housing for our residents. Rent is based on income and includes amenities such as Wi-Fi, satellite T.V., and heat. Our three apartment buildings each house fifty units, surrounded by beautiful landscaping for a peaceful atmosphere. All 150 apartments have the same floor plan and amenities, with one bedroom apartments at 520 square feet. Residents can enjoy activities and events in the community room, as well as relax on the patio with a friend. Our on-site staff is available 24 hours a day for maintenance and assistance.
