"DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!! Dentist was SO UNPROFESSIONAL, AWFUL manner and didn’t give us any warning about how or what he was doing. Pulled my son’s tooth so traumatically with only numbing cream (they offered the shot but we said we would try with extra numbing cream bc he was just going to pull with his hands. I would have said no immediately if I knew he was going to quit after the first try and reach for the FORCEPS. Literally everyone’s WORST nightmare, coming true for my son. Absolutely traumatizing experience. THEN after the ordeal when I asked assistant to confirm that had to be done the nurse told me it would have been fine to leave??!! I’m sorry WHAT?! Not only trauma that is likely to bring anxiety in the future w/all dentist apts (where previously he had NONE) but causing EXTREME that was absolutely unnecessary, as if it were a hair cut? I am still so sick over it. Left before I said anything which I regret whole heartedly now, unintentionally leaving it to look like it was acceptable, because I was in so much shock as a mom. It was more horrific with every moment we processed after leaving. Had other apts there scheduled that we will obviously not be keeping. This is my first negative review EVER but I had to. If this saves one kid some pain and anxiety this is worth it."

"All of the other times I went there to get a cleaning I had a great experience. Although , I went in for some fillings and had a not so great experience. My doctor seemed very stand-offish and almost rude. Being very aggressive in my mouth and not telling me what he was even doing through the process. They also dropped a cotton ball in my mouth, and after that was all done the doctor says “you’re welcome” in a snarky tone. I have a lot of anxiety doing to the dentist already and the uncaring and rude vibe I got made me very uncomfortable and even more upset with my situation."
