"I have mixed feelings about this place ! All the doctors / Nurses are very professional and nice !! My cleaning was fast , and i was able to make a future plan for my dental journey. they took the time and care to answer any questions I had as well. The one receptionist was lovely as well! However, there first time insurance policy is highly inconvenient. Was not informed that they do not take your insurance at your first visit. They have to "verify insurance" and make you pay up front. I was not informed about this policy and I sat down to not only get a cleaning but x-rays as well leaving me having to pay $321 out of pocket. As I was leaving / setting up for more appointments. A different receptionist then one who had checked me in, was checking me out she was very rude to me. Did not explain the policy to me at all and acted like I was dumb for not knowing about it. Having to pay that kind of money out of pocket for first exam is crazy definitely threw me off from wanting to go back again. I was very frustrated and decided to call back and spoke to the nice receptionist, she explain the policy to me. I stated I was never Informed before my appointment about said policy. That they should do that first thing to every new patient, it's unprofessional not to... So to save yourself a headache just know that you're going to be paying for your first visit out of pocket! $99 + tax if you only get your cleaning. DO NOT GET X-RAYS unless you want to pay out of pocket for them on your first visit. Do get x- rays next time.. Yes your money gets reimbursed to you from either insurance company or the office they were not to clear on that but they did say up to take up to 4 weeks! Soo best of luck!"

"Friendly staff. Dr Fiorentino is thorough and informative. Hygienist, Jessica, is the best! Nice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Been treating here for about 3 years so far (every 3 months) and would recommend this office to everyone. They have guided me towards clearing up my gum issues with major deep cleaning procedure. My appointments now are almost painless!"

"I called their office at 8 AM and asked for an appointment as I had a broken tooth and was in pain. They asked if I could come in at 9:20 Sure could this was the 4th office I called. One told me over a week wait, another after several questions asked me about Insurance when I told them I didn't have insurance, sorry we have nothing available . Guess what folks I have a credit card and can pay my way. Another did not take new patients. Every person in this office I had contact with were very friendly, good intra personal skills and seemed to really care about my welfare. Dr. Fiorentino was very nice and caring. Guess what they called me at home the next morning and asked how I was doing. Is that a caring office. I highly recommend ."

"I can not say enough about this office. They are all fantastic. I grew up with a private small dentist office where everyone knows who you are and the dentist was gentle and patient. I have high expectations because of this, Dr. Niewieroski and Stephanie go above and beyond my expeditions for myself and my daughter. If you are looking for a comfortable, friendly and absolutely wonderful dentist office they are exactly what you are looking for!!"
