Johnson and was designed for the enjoyment of the Endicott-Johnson employees and the local community. At the heart of the park is the magnificent carousel, a generous gift from George F. Johnson to the children of Johnson City. As one of only 19 remaining Allan Herschell Carousels in the world, our carousel is a testament to timeless craftsmanship, featuring 72 beautifully hand-carved wooden horses known as "jumpers." The park is a vibrant community hub, offering a range of recreational facilities including a spray park, little league and softball fields, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, playground equipment, and three picnic pavilions. Restroom facilities are also available for your convenience. The carousel and spray park operate daily from 12 PM to 6 PM, weather permitting, from the 4th of July through Labor Day weekend.
