"Met Dr. Chusid for the first time today with my newborn. He was my husband's pediatrician! He was so helpful and took time to explain everything. I've found that many doctors just reply "that's normal" without explaining anything. Dr. Chusid took time to even draw information out soni can rest easy. I am so glad we are going to hom for our new little baby. 12/10/2023: I just have to add again, how amazing Dr. Chusid is. This man works every single day and is there whenever you need him. My daughter had high fever for three days and diagnosed with ear infection Fri. Started antibiotics for the first time and coincidentally, broke out in a rash all over. Being a first time mom, I rush her to Chusid (on a Sunday) and, before he even walks in, he says, "she isn't allergic to antibiotics, she has roseola because her fever started Tuesday" etc. He then opens medical journal to show and explain it to me. Not only is he amazing as a diagnostic doctor, he is wonderful with my daughter and myself."

"Unprofessional staff and Dr. Chusid even more unprofessional. Visited Dr. Chusid's office for a physical for my son before the doctor could see him they asked to pay previous balance of $300 because they dont accept my plan. Bill was from previous visit in June 2023. Not sure why doctors ask for insurance card ahead of time and not verify if they accept the plan or not. While talking to receptionist Dr. Chusid jumped into the conversation and said this the plan you have is no good and we dont bill patients. Hello doctor if you dont inform the patients before the appointment how do you expect patients to know? Getting patients in and handing them a bill from previous visit seems to a common practice with this doctor."

"Great doctor, he may be gruff but he is always right and he remembers everything about your kids. We won’t see anyone else, he is the best."

"Arnold has been seeing my 3 kids since birth . He was up to see them in the nursery at 5am , not even 24 hrs old yet . He’s definitely rough around the edges & he won’t baby you or your kids . But hands down the best at diagnosing & treating . He pretty much works 7 days a week (pretty impressive for someone who is in his 70s) & will see my kids when they need a doctor. I don’t know ANY such doctor on the island who has such dedication & commitment . Many may not like him , but I consider him to be excellent at whet he does ."

"This is the most negative doctors office I’ve ever seen especially where it pertains to children. There are passive aggressive notes posted all over the office about things that the doctor does not want you to ask about or things that he thinks might be common sense. Many of the notes are mean and tactless. I have included a photo of some of the notes I saw. The doctor is full of himself and arrogant. He was walking around in beat up jeans and a t-shirt. That right there shows he does not care about anyone else’s opinion other than his. The staff are amazing at this office"
