"I arrived at 1pm, my appt was for 1:30pm. They immediately took my urine sample, cool. Then the nurse/receptionist took my weight n blood pressure at 1:35, took some notes, that's 10 mins tops! I then waited until 3pm to be seen by the Ultrasound tech! I was in the room asking like is this tech even at work? like why is this taking so long? I finally get to her and she told me to remove my clothes for the internal ultrasound, and i'm like? but why? i thought it was the normal ultrasound being done today. Then she said how she's going to write a note to the "doctor" that i refused the ultrasound? she didn't even explain why they decided to do that? and i'm like? is she serious? i waited 2 hours for this? and i'm like no explain why, explain to me why ur doing this vs the normal one. she then explained, stayed in the room while i changed and we did the ultrasound. Where is the privacy screen? why did they stopped doing this? the "doctor" went over the screening, throughout our lil meeting she said to just read up on some pregnancy books -anyone will do-, no recommendation as to which book, which one would be filled with more facts just nothing. I will never return. They have built this office off the back of Dr. Khatri and her patients, and Dr. Khatri no longer even visits there anymore. It's gone downhill. All of this ended at 3:50pm."

"JUST GO TO THE QUEENS OFFICE! This is the WORST office!!!! 2/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND. It was so bad I had to change my OB. The staff from the receptionists to the management to the Dr is just incompetent and unprofessional. No one does their job! No one ever knows what’s going on. They provide the wrong info. You have to call a million times to get a simple thing handled. The phone wait time takes FOREVER. It’s just sad and unnecessarily stressful. The Queens office is so much better, I wish I could’ve been serviced there for all my needs. Unfortunately, I had to go to this office to get certain things done."

"This is such an awful place They send so many reminders and they said I need a pap smear even thought I told them I got it last year. I am a medical professional and because of that I was not examined and was just given a medication. Then I was charged $500 for this one visit. That is insane. All I got was a prescription for a drug without a physical examination."

"Customer service and administrative personnel are recklessly accept the client with their question, it takes you 30 minutes that they accept the call, however they don't have client on hand or other lines, long story short, you will loosye your patient don't go these center."

"This clinic is easily the worst among all I've ever been to. I don't have much to say about the doctor. I only did a simple blood test. The problem is with the staff and the administrative system. Can't list all the error they made. Before the visit I got so. many. reminders. about the upcoming visit which was already annoying but OK, but then the appointment was cancelled on their end on the day of appointment, like 2 hours before, due to some system error. And after the visit, I found that they assigned wrong ethnicity to me, which I think was their "guess" from my appearance. When I called in for the lab result, they told me I'll receive a call from the doctor soon (usually you don't even have to call the office these days to get the results) and then they "created" an online appointment. I immediately called in again to ask about this "appointment," and they told me it's just nothing. But later, I found on my insurance record I had two appointments. Last but not least, they didn't handle the bill properly. I called again to inquire about the bill they said I wouldn't get, they were all hand wavy. It's just surprising that so many things can go wrong in such a simple visit."
