"First and last time using this lab. If I could give a -10, I would. The people in the billing department are very unprofessional and do not try to help you in any way. Obviously this business is all about making money and not trying to satisfy its clients. I started seeing a new Dr and he had my labs sent over to this place. I wasn't asked if I had a lab I wanted to use and didn't know that should be something I had to ask, again this dr was new to me. So this lab is not in network with my insurance and was sent an outrageous bill, though my insurance paid some out of network funding to them. I called billing to find out why I received the bill and they explained my dr is not in network and Unwound need to pay it. So I explained to them I didn't know my dr would be using this lab and given the choice I would have chosen one in network. They didn't care, the last was nasty to me and hung up after I asked for a manager. I called back and another person answered, immediately put me on hold and came back and I could hear the first person finishing telling her the story about why I was calling. I asked this lady for the other lady's name as I wanted to file a complaint because she hung up in me, she said no the phone just probably disconnected, I told her no it didn't and not to lie for her, I heard her say have a nice day in a nasty tone and hang up. I was then given a manager who was also nasty to me. I called my insurance company and they called over to see if they could help and they were nasty and short with them as well. No professionalism at all. I would never recommend anyone to use their facilities!"

"All bad reviews are from 1 year ago, well, it seems like the "technician" hasn't changed his nasty attitude at all. I was there last week, and since the first minute he makes you feel unwelcome, like if you are begging for the service. Never again!!!"

"Is this place ever open? They say 8am Saturday and its 9am and nobody is here. How can you fast for blood work and this place dont open early??"

"One of the worst health provider that I had ever crossed paths with. He was really rude and agressive the whole time. He doesn't even bother to answer the question and acts like you're some sort of criminal of whatever. If you're either and employee or owner, you have absolutely no right to threat people like this. Very unprofessional, I dunno he's remotely qualified to do the job he's supposed to do."

"Lab "technician " was Absolutely Rude and did NOT wanted to help the Costumers Lazy and Nasty to the Patients. IF I could give them NO star i will have, but there is NO a choice , NOT a place to even set your Foot on . Very UNPROFESSIONAL."
