"This is the worst laundry mat ever customer service is trash they don't separate the whites from the colors and the and there washer damage cost per pound is to high and they don't even weigh the quilts they just automatically charge $15-20 without putting it on the he scale. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone went here twice and both times were headaches. Go anywhere else but here please do yourself a favor this place is trash"
"Someone needs to clean the floor and tables. My main concern is that the mask mandate isn't being enforced. Several patrons at this laundromat do not wear masks. The laundromat was taken over by new owners who are detached from their customers. Today, January 16th, I had an issue with my card. I use the card often and the chip wasn't functional anymore. The worker at the establishment, was going to tell the owner this afternoon to replace my card. I decided to walk over, just in case, the worker was busy and forgot to inform the owner. Fortunately I went there and she spoke to the owner while I was present. My issue is that the owner didn't acknowledge me. I find this behavior to be rude, but since he doesn't live in this area, why would he care. Just come in, check things out, take our money and go. Let's mention the fact that there's no heat. It was freezing cold in there today. Being a decent person goes along way."
"Use to come here to clean my clothes, not a far walk from 187th and park ave. Clean laundry mat, does smell sometimes Ima assume that's cause of the dirty laundry water from people's clothes that gets dumped from every washing cycle. Doesn't take no more than 2 hours to 2 1/2 hours to clean a heavy amount of clothes for a family of 5. Dryers cost about 35 cents if I'm not mistaken, but bigger ones in the back cost 65 cents which is excellent for heavy damp clothes that need a lot of room to dry."
"This place always closing early for no reason. Machines are always broken and never wanna fix the problem. Worst service. They need to get an upgrade on there machines and dryers. Cant take new stuff and put it on old things not going to work guys. They need new workers in there. That mid aged woman and guy always have an attitude when you tell them they shouldn’t be closed cause it’s says open on the website. Losing money. Report these ppl please."
"Best truly 24 hour Laundry in Belmont!! Uses card system. Card is $3. Mostly quiet. A bit out of the way, which is a good thing."
