"I have been going to their locations for the last 15+ years. Thinks to expect cleanliness, professionalism and a job well done. If you are on a time crunch call ahead and make an appointment. If you need a specific tech, once again call ahead to schedule accordingly. If you don’t have an appointment there might be a slight wait time, but they are very quick to accommodate. Cash only for those that don’t know, but they have atms at locations to make the process smooth. Cannot say enough about the amazing services I have received there each and every time over the years. Now my daughter uses them as well for services. Keep up the good work!"

"I was introduced to the place over the summer. I have been in search for a good clean pedicure spot for sometime now. I have been here about 4/5 times now for pedicures Only and I am pleased. I used the same lady a few times however that last two times I came she was off and I had to try a new person. Happy to say I am pleased, which is a big deal because I'm very picky when it comes to the cleanliness and what is considered a good pedicure. Overall the shop is very clean and bright (minimalist design). They can get busy and there can be a small wait sometimes, which I don't mind because I think the ladies that I have used have done great jobs. My hope is that they stay good and don't start to rush or get sloppy because then my search starts all over again... whomp whomp. For the most part everyone is pleasant and the pedicure ladies are always sweet however I have witnessed the owners/mangers get a little rude and snappy with some customers on more than one occasion. I would like to believe it might be cultural but I understand when it really isn't and to be fair I have not experienced it directly. Nonetheless, I have a go to pedicure spot @ least for now. Just A Note: They only take CASH. They do have an ATM on site. As well as they have 2 additional locations close by (like walking distance)"

"Highly disappointed. I came here as a first time customer, eager to try their services. The nail tech name was MAGGIE and she was incredibly rude and difficult. I kindly would tell her that she was buffing my nails too much because it burned. She told me "its supposed to be that way". I've been doing my nails for years and never once did I experience pain. To add, she was moving incredibly fast and didn't apply the acrylic coating evenly. Literally half my nail was exposed and she told me that was how it's supposed to be. Again, I've done my nails in the past and know very well how the acrylic is supposed to lay. There after she files my nails so short and overly filed one side of my nail where they eventually looked lop sided. So upsetting! To avoid an issue I discreetly told her I wasnt happy and if she could fix my nails. At least make them straight. What was that for- she became so mad and embarrassed me. Literally put her finger in my face. So much so, another customer got involved and call her unprofessional. Maggie proceeded to say she didn't care. And thankfully the other customer defended me! Wow! I'm a paying customer and excellent tipper and this is the service I received. I was so so so disappointed and embarrassed. Avoid this place at all cost. No one should be treated this way. The acrylic and paint job is mediocre and the service is quite temperamental. I still paid because I'm not that sort of woman but WOW. People don't know how to value their customers and what could be a return profit."

"I went today to get my nails done for my birthday tomorrow. The person who did them was on time. They are very clean and generous with nails. I asked for the design shown on the first picture, however the final product is not what I expected, They made a mistake with one nail by putting the heart on the other one. I appreciate the effort ! but you have to tell the client first if you know/can do the design or not; that’s what I didn’t like. My nails look okay, but I won’t come back"
