Min Nail Spa & Salon

"1 star only because they took me with no appointment and they were "flexible" with changing my mind last minute from regular nail polish mani to gel mani. However, I had my nails done on Jan 20th, and less than 24 hrs later, 3 nails are already chipped. I went back on Jan 21st at 4:30 pm (my watch is 10 min fast so I can be on time to places), and the nail salon door says open until 5 pm, they were closed. I will update my opinion once they resolve this issue. UPDATE: I went back on Monday, and I was told they closed early because of the Bills game, and just to be sure, they are open to always call before coming. I gave them two more stars because of their customer service. They did fix my nails, and, at my request, they removed the gel and put regular polish on. I decided not to give 5 stars because the regular polish started to fall off my nails on Tuesday, so I feel like the quality of the job was not great."

"Best nail salon experience I have ever had! Will come back to get my nails done in the future! The owner Min did my nails and she was so sweet and did amazing work. Got a marbled look with some gold foil and they turned out perfect. Min is very talented! Highly recommend this salon!"

I have found that nail salons want repeat business but their services waned after the first visit. The owner Min is determined to keep all of her clients happy. The atmosphere in the salon is calm and comforting. No loud music, no overcrowding and comfortable drying and rest areas."

"This is my favorite nail salon. The service is incredible, I went here for a French manicure pedicure with hard gel and it looks absolutely perfect!! My technician was so precise with the French tip and built the perfect structure. I recently went in for a fun design on my nails and my technician Grace took her time and absolutely rocked the result!"
