"Not a very comfortable salon experience. The salon is all chopped up and the nail area is very tight. The pedicure chairs are quite uncomfortable. For all the salons in Williamsville, I would pass on this one. Plus, the decor is outdated and it feels like the whole place could really use a deep cleaning and an update."
"I am sure this salon was great 15 plus years ago, but it looks like it’s still stuck there. The pedicure chairs are beyond uncomfortable and cheap. The nicest part is the entry. But, it’s not clean and the whole place could use a good clean. The customer service is lacking, and I can say this because I work one of the best rated companies for customer service. I think of the show restaurant rescue, because this could be a good case for salon rescue. Appears to be many are unclear of roles and responsibilities."
