"8/29/23 around 6:00 pm, Roosevelt Mall store. My niece left her phone on the register counter. The associate put it in a drawer and never TRIED to alert anyone in the store that a phone was lost, EVEN after we told them we lost our phone. When she saw we were calling the phone and I asked her to turn down the LOUD music, she then opened the drawer and my nice said, “that’s my phone.” I believe in my heart she planned to keep the phone, not to mention that they claimed the system was “down” so they couldn’t charge her gift card. I think they wanted us to leave. I’m NEVER recommending this place to young ladies. Both staff were SUS!"
"Got my third piercing a new weeks ago by Brianna…. pierced my ears incredibly uneven I’m so upset. I had to let it close bc it was so close to my second hole it was going to rip through. Highly do not recommend"
"Very nice ! And helpful they are very clean there got my second piercing there It was really a breeze and a great experience! I would definitely go back there now I got my third piercing painless and quick love it no problems just a little redness but that’s normal love my piercings. Highly recommended"
