"I love Ulta so much that I’m a Platinum member. However, this store has the worst customer service. The manager I spoke with was lazy and unhelpful. And the sales associate who rang me up had a bad attitude. If you’re not happy with your job, get a new one. Their terrible attitudes were such a turn-off."

"Terrible experience. I went there for the first time in November for a color change. I went home with half of the color unwashed off, crispy hair and brunette. I was totally blonde before and all I needed was a different blond tone. I cried that night. My husband took me back the next day so that they could fix the mess, and they tried by washing off the remaining color and deep conditioning. But I was still a brunette. So they suggested to go back six weeks later to high light it, promising it would not get worse than what it was because they would use the right products. I did. instead of high lights, they did me a color correction, broke my hair in half and had to pay for all of it again and much more than I expected because it was a color correction. Ruined my hair complete. they didn't even use the olaplex protection or a deep condition And I definitely asked them more than once if they were capable of doing the service. I left the place with a smile and without making any comments."

"So I actually love Ulta. However depending on who’s working it’s a hit or miss. Security watching you like a hawk. Mind you I’m the only black one in the store. I only had one encounter with a nasty associate. Haven’t seen her back. But get your security together."

"The store is nice but the service is TERRIBLE. Every time I go in here, the managers are not friendly and neither are the cashiers. They also gave away my pick up order to someone else with the same last name, different first name. They also can't seem to find my pick up order half the time. Very unorganized. It's like high school when you walk in with full mean girl energy. I would have at least expected the managers to be professional and polite. A couple days ago, I went to return something and instead of asking for the reciept, the girl at the register gave me the lowest return price. I paid a couple dollars more for the item. I only realized after I left the store. These people are too focused on their gossiping and personal stories rather than the customers."

"The store itself is fine; however, I booked an appointment for the salon for a 1-hour blowout for a wedding, and they did not have enough staff to cover requests. The stylist was able to get my hair done even after I mentioned I could only stay for 15-minutes past the end time, while balancing another client. That being said, be wary of booking appointments online because we should not have been able to book two appointments so close together with the same stylist."
