Multiple times throughout our transaction, we were met with stonewalling, bullying, and concerning techniques. At no point during this did we feel as though Michelle stooped to the techniques being used against her. She maintained neutrality but guided and assisted us with making some difficult decisions. It is quite rare in this day in age to meet someone who performs their job with such integrity, particularly in this profession. Bravo!"
