"I had a great experience living at 1275 Delaware! I lived in two separate apartments in the building over 1.5+ years and both were great. Location is a huge plus and TCB on the first floor is a nice amenity. Apartments have so much light and modern finishes. The maintenance staff is attentive and responds quickly. Travis the building manager, is also fantastic, going out of his way on several occasions!"

"I had a terrific experience renting an apartment in Niagara Falls from TM Montante Development. The apartment was spacious, the hallways were kept clean, and the gated parking lot provided a sense of security. Communication was easy with them when it came to maintenance or with any problems in the apartment. The location was also great, with the falls being in walking distance."

"I would not recommend renting at 616 Niagara Street in Niagara Falls, NY. I am currently a tenant. New tenants moved in on July 5 and then the cigarette smoke from the vents inside my apartment began to flow into my apartment. I reached out to the Montante team and was told that an inspection would be done, filters would be replaced, inspections would be done; however, it does not appear that anything can be done. I was informed that the vents in this building are shared with other apartments. That would have been helpful to know before I signed the lease. Now I am in a situation where my only option is to move as the cigarette smoke continues to flow into my apartment. Senior management reached out to me and said that an inspection would be done. I am not sure what an inspection was supposed to do to alleviate the issue with the cigarette smoke. I finally sent her an email asking her to break my lease so that I can move without having the issue of the lease over my head (I am going to have to move anyway. As one of the team members stated, my situation is "unbearable"). I have not heard back from her. They were so gracious as to put in a screen without a hole into one of the bedrooms, so that I can open the window and have some of the cigarette smoke flow out, but that does not alleviate the issue. I have walking into my apartment for the last two days with cigarette smoke to greet. I just found out that I am at a higher risk for cancer, so I have to get out of this place. It is unfortunate that I cannot get anyone at Montante to just make this easy on me. Break the lease. I will be on my way and then they can deal with the tenant (likely the folks who moved in on July 5th) that is smoking in this non-smoking building. UPDATE (October 2023): Gianna from Montante reached out to me and allowed me to break my lease. She also reimbursed me for the expenses I incurred while dealing with the smoke in the apartment. Additionally, she and Travis and the rest of management returned my security deposit in full. Thank you so much."
