"Let’s talk service. I have had my Cayenne for two years. I love my car. I have spent a lot of money keeping it as it should be. I drive it a lot. I have been to service at dealerships from Washington state to Rochester. Porsche of Buffalo is the worst in terms of service. Every time I have reached the department I have felt like a disturbance of someone’s time. It takes forever to get an appointment. Just yesterday I was going to have some admittedly small service done, and I was called an hour before my appointment to tell me not to bother coming in because they didn’t have the courtesy car I scheduled a month ago. I still haven’t heard about a reschedule. Not a single call back about it. I am seriously done with this dealership. So tired of feeling like a burden at a luxury car dealership. I’ll drive the hour to Porsche of Rochester, thanks."
