"We Purchased a GMC Terrain Denali used from Cappellino GMC in Williamsville, NY. We have never used this dealership before. We found our vehicle and began to contact the dealership. We had the pleasure of being contacted by Jacquie Andrusz. Jacquie invited us to test drive the vehicle. We went over, it was waiting for us to test drive. My wife and I got in as well as Jacquie. Jacquie got in the back seat and my wife in the drivers seat. Jacquie went over every thing on this vehicle before we left. This included calling OnStar and getting that set up as well. Jacquie was on main contact, however everyone at Cappellino GMC from the Manager to the Finance person we Very Nice to speak to and to deal with! In all my year's of buying vehicles from dealerships, I have NEVER encountered a person that covered all the benefits and functions of the vehicle before we brought it home. I am disappointed in myself we never tried using Cappellino GMC before. To purchase a used vehicle, get bumper-to-bumper warranty with no deductible that is good across the USA, Paint Protection Package, Tire and Wheel Protection and we negotiated 4 new tires in this deal. With all this above we got a newer, nicer vehicle for a large monthly reduction on our home bills. A straight forward dealership that cares and listens to the customers wants and needs is Great! We are currently in negotiations on another vehicle with intent to buy. Cappellino GMC comes with our Highest Recommendations! "Who doesn’t love driving a new car? I would assume pretty much everyone enjoys it. What most people may not love, shopping for new car. As soon as you step foot into a car dealership the sales people attack you like vultures and are usually trained to not let you walk out without closing a deal. They don’t respect the fact, that sometimes this is a really big decision. I just recently bought a new GMC Sierra and I went to a few dealerships and walked out before finding out Jacquie who my wife and I had previously worked with while buying my wife’s car at a Honda dealership now worked at Cappalino. With her it’s a more laid back, low pressure, enjoyable experience. She was super informative about the vehicle, and really took her time to help me with the purchase.
