Welcome to Oneida County Child Advocacy Center Located at 930 York Street, Utica, New York, the Oneida County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is a dedicated local government office committed to safeguarding the well-being of our community's children. Established in 1990 as a Child Sexual Abuse Task Force, the center was rebranded in 1998 to better reflect its comprehensive approach to addressing child sexual abuse cases involving victims under the age of 17.
