Welcome to Delaware County Emergency Services, located at 280 Phoebe Lane, Delhi, New York 13753. Established with a commitment to safeguarding our community, our office has grown significantly over the past eighteen years, evolving from a single-staff operation to a comprehensive emergency management hub. We are dedicated to enhancing Delaware County's capacity to prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate life-changing events impacting our nearly 50,000 residents. Our office oversees a wide array of critical functions, including fire and EMS coordination, sponsorship of New York State EMS courses, and serving as an American Heart Association Training Center. We also manage 911 oversight and policy development, county addressing programs, and the Delaware County Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan.
