"Went in for an oil change only. And the guy was telling me I needed new brakes in the rear for a horrible price of $500. I leave the place with no previous issue of my brakes, and then when I pulled out of their parking lot my rear brakes start screaming. Sounds like a major scam to me. Watch out when you go there. The apology from the good year owner also is full of lies when they don’t even help you with your situation. They just copy and paste an apology. How about fix my breaks that they screwed up on!!!"
"Terrible experience! My wife and I had a very bad experience here! From the moment we walked in it was clear that customer service was seriously lacking. The guy at the front desk ignored us at all. It was very frustrating that he blatantly ignored us despite our attempts to get his attention by saying "Excuse me". To make matters worse, we noticed another clerk sitting nearby, seemingly taking a break, engrossed in his phone. We decided to ask him about it, hoping for a more helpful response, but to our dismay, he ignored us and barely looked at us. This unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff left us with a bitter taste. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courteousness which unfortunately is sorely lacking here. It is frustrating to encounter such indifference and disregard for customer needs. Given this experience, we would definitely not recommend it to anyone else."
