"I grew up in Centereach. I don't play in a league, but have been here a number of times throughout the years. I recently visited again for a work get-together for Christmas. It's bowling. Had a fun time. The lanes screens seem to have been updated. They did freeze a few times, telling you to wait until it caught up. The food is your typical you have no choice but to eat it, otherwise go hungry for hours. Think Chuck E. Cheese. The women's bathroom wasn't too clean either. I think the fun time I mentioned earlier was because of the people I was with."

"I am a horrendous bowler, allow me to preface with this. I went with 2 other friends from out of state. The alley was configured in such a way that there was a field trip or some sort of kids event on one side and we were on the other side with a few other adults on other lanes. The bowling alley is configured like a right angle, so the two sides were completely separate which I thought was really nice. There's also a very small arcade with a handful of machines which we played. They also offer concession stand with a variety of food items but unfortunately we did not try them on this visit. Next time I have friends in from out of town I will come back."
