"I had brought my car 5-6 years ago and my car runs great! I haven’t had any major issues and only needs routine maintenance. My car is a blessing and meets all my needs. Great place to buy your car and Christina in the service department is the best. I love her and am grateful for her assistance. She is patient, kind, and helpful at all times. However I rate this place a 3 because it is the worst when it comes to scheduling. Every time I need to schedule an appointment it can never simply be scheduled and it always ends up being a complex issue that I need to talk with 3-4 people about. My car needs to be diagnosed and the only option available is to drop it off and they said I cannot wait and they don’t have a shuttle and I would have to pay for a rental. Which is a great way to extract more money that people don’t have out of their pockets. I’ve decided to use another Honda dealership and it’s much easier."

"I had a great experience with Rensselaer Honda. The salesperson, Dan Durivage, was so friendly and didn’t pressure me at all. The woman that assisted me with setting up the technical features in the HR-V was very knowledgeable and everything was set up before I picked up the vehicle. The finance manager went over all the terms and details and answered all of my questions. It was a smooth process. I test drove on one afternoon and picked up the vehicle the next day. I would definitely recommend them."
