"I’ve had some issues with this Subaru in the past, but this experience was great. The girl who took care of me, I don’t remember her name… she was so nice!! The inspection took about an hour. But they even washed my car! Again. My girl was awesome… she was tall, had long nails, I think she had braided hair? She was in the middle kiosk when going through the service exit."

My Crosstrek is used for general purpose travels but also to transport two lightweight pack canoes to remote areas in the ADK’s."
"Usually the service has been great except my most recent visit. When they put my wheels back on they must have used nearly 200ftlbs of torque on the lugs. They were cross threaded and I had to break off the studs and replace them."
