Never once have I had one single issue here in fact the service here is always very respectful and they go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. If you go to Smithtown you will most likely be greeted with the exact opposite service. Do yourself a favor, don't go to Smithtown."
"Clerks are friendly, but the service of the United States Postal Service is subpar. Sent a certified letter from Kings Park NY to Albany NY on June 22, 2023 and it’s still showing “in transit to next facility” 26 days later!"
"Stellar customer service from Richard with my daughter’s passport appointment! We were in a time crunch and Richard exhibited courtesy, patience and all-around professionalism. I had to return next day to mail a package, and I received the same wonderful service from Richard! Great employee!!"
"I witnessed a letter carrier getting verbally abused by a manager named Felix he was screaming to the top of his lungs and belittling that man. I was watching this man in front of my house, then went to the post office and saw him there and thats how I got his name. That behavior is uncalled for especially outside in the work field. He shouldn't be speaking to these men even in private like the way he did. He should be fired!! I am extremely angry that this behavior is even allowed at the post office!! Kings Park PO get new management!! Terrible Terrible the way you treat your employees. I hope they report you to the union! I will be watching and I will be reporting"
