"I had an absolutely fantastic experience with the contracting side of Servpro Binghamton. Complete kitchen remodel, down to plaster and plywood. It was an "unplanned" remodel due to water damage. Not the most stress-free of circumstances, but Servpro made it extremely painless and simple. The were able to manage the entire project and walked me through the process with great care. First Shawn (or Sean?) worked with my insurance adjuster to ensure everyone was on the same page. That was a HUGE help. Then Jared came in to help this clueless homeowner pick out materials and a layout for the whole kitchen. Great suggestions and we were able to use a lot of locally sourced products! After all the supples arrived Dan B came in to essentially build an entire kitchen. By far the best experience I've had with a contractor/carpenter. Professional, courteous and with an amazing attention to detail and quality. Everyone was always more than happy to address any questions I had and even offered lots of very helpful advice along the way. I love free education! "Due to a garage fire, my house was full of smoke and soot. Servpro acted quickly: Shawn, Jared, Jason and their team removed damaged carpeting, set up air scrubbers, wiped down surfaces and cleaned all area rugs. Shawn provided an estimate and was great at communicating with me and explaining how the process worked. He also corresponded with my insurance adjuster to help keep things moving efficiently. Jared brought over carpet samples to make sure things would be of equal quality as before the fire.
