"I am the neighbor of the house receiving service. They are incredibly rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. My neighbors lost their cat in the fire, and the people working found the body. They proceeded to argue loudly and rudely, to the point where I thought they were going to get physical, about what to do with the pet. I and my family have seen them take objects that have been abandoned (for obvious reasons) for personal use. Just today I caught them riding on childrens scooters that were left behind in the fire and then throwing them aside. I have seen them go into the neighbors garage and take things. The garage was not even touched by the fire, and is a completely separate building from the main house. There has been shards of glass and debris from the cleanup in our driveway after they have left. Do not hire these people. I am incredibly upset my neighbors have to deal with these people."
