"I've been going here for 20 years this year for colostomy supplies secondary to Crohn's disease surgery for intestinal blockage. I was embarrassed at first but everyone had always been so respectful and kind they made it easier. Best medical supplies store in my opinion."

"They absolutely REFUSED to accept my insurance to cover a necessary piece of medical equipment that I had a script for from my orthopedic surgeon. When I called my insurance company directly, they said it WAS covered, so I put my insurance on the phone with Medi-Fair and the Medi-Fair employee actually got into an argument with my insurance company and STILL refused to accept the insurance, saying that they “know the claim will be denied when they submit it”. Really? Or did she actually mean that they only wanted the cash from me as they would not get reimbursed for their full retail mark-up price from insurance. I suspect the latter. And by the way, they ARE allegedly a network provider with my insurance company - until they decided that they weren’t. If you have good private insurance, I recommend you go elsewhere for your equipment as they are likely never going to accept it."

"I went to Medi-Fair after my neurologist finally told me I needed a wheelchair because of my MS. All kinds of bummed out, I went there because it seems like a nice place. I was greeted by Valerie, a thoroughly competent, kind and patient individual. She took my insurance information, showed me what they had to offer and took care of quite literally absolutely everything with regards to insurance. I got a phone call a week later from her asking what day I wanted my wheelchair delivered. The whole thing was as easy as it could have possibly been. I am very happy with the place and with the experience."
