"I have gone to Pretty Baby Grooming for 25 years and never had a problem. A few times I have brought in my pooch and she was matted ☹️ I told Kris I was sorry that my pooch was matted, she told me no problem. She will charge extra for very badly matted dogs. She has signs in her shop explaining ‘extras’ sometimes you can’t help but be charged extra for the condition of your dog/cat. That’s YOUR fault not hers. I rescued a Yorkie this past April, and at his first grooming, I told Kris I didn’t know how he would act. She took her time and it went ok. I have another appointment this month. If you have a problem, just talk to her. She’s fair. Again after 25 years I have not had any problem."
