"They are the closest store to my house so I do run in there ONLY when I need something quick. Half the time they don't have much of anything but I understand it's not their fault as I'm a manager of a store myself I understand automatic shipments. BUT today I go in for eggs that clearly has FOUR price labels for $2.35 and it rang up at $3.50. I asked "don't you have to honor the price" as I show her the labels and her response was "nope not all, have a nice day" with an attitude and walked away from me. Well, that's what Niagara County Weights and measures is for. Again being a manager I know all about them and how awful their visits can be if your store prices are wrong. And a lot of their store prices are wrong. So good luck! Hope that $1.15 price difference was worth it."

"The manager is amazing! Always going above and beyond for the customer and the store! I would miss her if she ever left this store! She is so amazing, she should be considered for a Regional Manager position!! The only issues I have are that some of the newer cashier's don't wear name tags or store uniforms! I can't tell if they work there, until they get to the register! Some of the employees don't wear masks, even though the manager requires them too, for everyone's safety! My only other concern is that some.of the staff can not count out change very well! I paid my bill for $3.74 with a $10 bill, and my change was $6.26....the gentleman must have put the bill I paid with in register wrong, because he was stumped when it came to the correct change to return to me. I had to tell him how much was due back to me, and I didn't use a calculator, because it's such simple math!!! You should add a quick math portion to your Application process, and another math type test during the interview process, to make sure they can do simple math, without a calculator, and in front of the manager! It boggles my mind that young adults can't seem to do simple math anymore! That can be dangerous for a buissness, especially with such a high volume of customers and cash transactions!"

"I truly get fustrated that literally there is no clearance.... And when there Christmas items were out they were all priced wrong.... So no on the prices they were listed at.... they did not let anything go with the price on it just what came up on the register. So frustrated and before I moved here I shopped at Dollar General regularly 4 times or more a week. I will barely go in here now."

"They are right next to the job I'm killing. They have been more than kind and helpful. Each time I walk in they greet me and ask what Ilooking for and if they don't have it (hardly ever) they tell me when it's coming. Zach's name comes to mind but they are all equally professional and just what the Doctor ordered in a time like this. Thanks"
