What started as a simple experiment with mead—a delightful honey wine—quickly turned into a passion for crafting exceptional flavors. Daniel, with his wine-making background, and Kate, with her adventurous spirit, embarked on a journey to create their own signature mead. From humble beginnings in Daniel’s basement to sourcing the finest honey at local farmers' markets, they perfected their craft. Their first creation, "Kung Fu Girl," marked the start of a beautiful venture.
