"I recently purchased a cpo cadillac escalade from West herr.from the beginning everything was great .the salesman Chris went above and beyond .everything was done as he promised ,paperwork, detailed ,new floor mats. And even when we were ready to leave .he helped us sinc.out phones to the vehicle then showed us how to work everything in the controls .it's kinda far to go but when I need it serviced that's where I'll be going from now on .thanks for the great experience."

"It was a horrible experience once I decided to buyout my lease! Learned after a 2.5 hr appointment that their dealership system isn't fully in sync with GM when they couldn't find the $5k I sent GM. Then the dealership without my consent told GM to refund my money after I left and didn't inform me. I found out after calling GM when I made multiple calls to multiple folks including the finance & sales managers & general manager & they were non-responsive. After leasing 3 Cadillacs with West Herr, if they didn't have the lowest rate with a different institution for my buyout, I would not have dealt with them at all. I don't recommend West Herr E. Aurora!l period!"
