"How is it possible that when you bring a car in that ran absolutely perfectly with a brand new engine, everything tuned properly and it's there for a faulty transmission you installed (about 50 miles) on it, we come to pick the vehicle up and now it doesn't run at all? We shouldn't have to flatbed a car out of your lot. Absolutely ridiculous. And anytime things have been done wrong or we've been sold the wrong parts there has been nothing but arguing and terrible customer service. I have no idea how this company has such a high star rating."
