"PLEASE READ THIS Feb. 26, 2021 - My son went in for a speech evaluation for a serious problem he's having at the recommendation of his ENT. The experience was odd from the start. We were directed into a dark waiting room where we waited for about 40 minutes. He was finally seen by somebody who did what looked to me like a thorough evaluation. She said she would do a write up and call us in a few days with her results. 1 Week Later - No response from them. We called them and they couldn't find any information on his visit. They said somebody named Stephanie would call us back by the end of the day. She never called. 1 More Week Later - Still no response from them. We called again. Again, nobody was available to talk to us. We were assured that Stephanie would definitely call us back that day and that this would be forwarded to the supervisor. Again, she didn't call. March 23, 2021 - We called again, this time I'm a little bit upset, but still very composed. Somebody named Jesse (very courteous, by the way, thanks Jesse) said that he could see that my son was evaluated, but there are no notes. He could see that we called several times, but did not yet receive any response. He put me on hold while he tried to contact Stephanie and her supervisor. Both were unavailable, no surprises there. He then tried to contact his own supervisor, who was also unavailable. He then took my email address and assured me he would have somebody get back to me (honestly, he did sound genuinely concerned). It's been a month now. I made an appointment someplace else. What exactly went wrong here? Side note, somebody finally called me back today and said they would like to look into this and get back to me. Really?!"
